Hello, I’m a Reconnective Healing foundational Practitioner (RHFP) and Reconnection-certified practitioner (RCP). I have always been interested in healing and recovery. I knew from a young age that I wanted to help people heal and that knowing propelled me into a journey of self-discovery and down a long rabbit hole that I could have never predicted, but I am so incredibly thankful for.

My journey into energy healing began with a deep desire to learn how to make sense of a challenging childhood, a desire to follow my soul path, how to connect with spirit in an authentic way and how to utilize my own energy.

I have the belief that true healing extends beyond the alleviation of symptoms, reaching into the core of one’s being to promote lasting vitality and inner harmony. I always like to encourage people to look further deeply behind their symptoms, and to get in touch with the root cause(s) of the issue, considering that the symptoms are messengers not to be numbed, but to be researched, examined, felt, and that will cast some light unto them so they can be released, and the innate healing take place. The body has its own consciousness filled with vitality and creativity

I believe that there are elements of magic everywhere and transformative potential lies within everyone’s energy. I have come to understand that healing is a dance between the mind, body, and spirit. I am dedicated to guiding others on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Witnessing the positive impact of energy healing on people’s lives fuels my commitment to create a space where individuals can experience balance, harmony, and a renewed sense of well-being.
